Sour Milk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
pinch salt
2 Tbsp. cocoa
5 Tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour milk (to make use 1 Tbsp. vinegar to 1 c. milk)

Preparation

Sift first 5 ingredients together.
Make a hole in center of dry ingredients.
Pour in butter, egg, vanilla and sour milk.
Work in from center out.
Pour into a greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for half hour to 45 minutes.
