Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage or ham
1 c. sharp cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 slices bread, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Spread cubes in buttered 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with sausage and cheese.
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
Mix well and pour over cheese.
Cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
