Barbecue Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. sage
1/2 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine sausage, egg, bread crumbs and sage.
Form into balls. Brown and remove drippings.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan.
Add meat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Time:
50 minutes. Makes approximately 30 balls.
