Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium zucchini
1 lb. sausage
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 large can tomato sauce
Preparation

Cut the squash lengthwise.
Remove seeds.
Cut up onion and pepper and mix with the sausage.
Stuff in the hollow squash.
Pour tomato sauce over the tops.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
