Old Fashioned Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Duncan Hines or Pillsbury banana cake mix
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3 medium bananas, well mashed
3 eggs (I use 2 whole eggs and 1 egg white)
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well in mixer or by hand, but mix well. Pour into a well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes or until it tests done with a toothpick.
Ice with \"Philly\" cream cheese icing.
