Broccoli Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. boiling salted water
    1 can cream of potato soup
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and onion in water until tender.
    Do not drain. Stir in milk and soup; heat.
    Add cheese, stirring until melted. Cool slightly.
    Place half at a time in blender and blend until smooth.
