Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. button mushrooms
    3 sticks celery
    1 medium onion
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 egg
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms.
    Take stems out.
    Lay aside.
    Chop celery and onion fine.
    Put margarine, celery and onion in skillet.
    Cook until tender.
    Chop stems fine.
    Add to skillet.
    Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in bread crumbs, sage and poultry seasoning.
    Stir well.
    Add egg.
    Spread thin layer in glass dish.
    Stuff the rest into the caps.
    Lay in dish.
    Put in broiler for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Serve hot.
