Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cheese soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Combine with rest of ingredients except cheese.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
