Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 3/4 c. biscuit mix
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup brown sugar, 2 cups water, and 2 Tbsp. margarine and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix the biscuit mix, raisins, chopped pecans, 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/3 cup water together and pour over syrup mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve with ice cream.
