Fruitcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. pitted dates
1/2 lb. candied green pineapple
1/2 lb. candied yellow pineapple
1 lb. whole candied cherries
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
8 eggs
2 c. white sugar
2 lb. pecans or 1 lb. pecans and 1 lb. walnuts
light corn syrup
Preparation
-
With pastry brush, grease pan well with softened butter or use brown paper to line pan.
Cut up fruit and put in one bowl.
Leave cherries whole.
