Red Snapper With Matchstick Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 lb. fresh red snapper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    freshly ground white pepper
    2 shallots, finely minced
    12 sprigs lemon thyme
    2 c. mixed vegetables, cut into thin pieces (carrots, yellow squash, zucchini, red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper)
    1 small leek
    3 oz. snow peas, cut into diagonal pieces
    3 oz. white wine
    1 lemon, sliced into 6 portions
Preparation
    You will need 6 pieces parchment paper (about 9 x 12-inches) and 6 pieces string (6 inches long).
