Beef Mushroom Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (3 oz.) jar chopped mushrooms
    milk
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
Preparation
    Drain mushrooms; reserve liquid.
    Add enough milk to mushroom liquid to make 1/2 cup.
    In mixing bowl, combine liquid, egg, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and bread crumbs.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Stir in beef and mushrooms.
    Mix.
    Shape into loaf in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Combine ketchup and corn syrup.
    Brush on meat top.
    Bake meat loaf for 15 more minutes.
