Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 garlic clove
    1 (8 oz.) mushrooms
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can celery or mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 lb. Mayorelli cheese
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
Preparation
    Brown beef, onions and garlic.
    Add mushrooms and spices. Cook spinach until very dry.
    Strain or squeeze water out.
    Mix with soup and sour cream.
    Add meat.
    Mix well.
    Bake in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 8, freezes well.
