Rock Cornish Hens, Garden Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Rock Cornish hens
2 Tbsp. melted butter
24 Parisienne potatoes
3 carrots, peeled and cut in sticks
3 onions, quartered
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. hot chicken stock
salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Rinse hens well, pat dry with paper towels and season inside and outside with salt and pepper.
Place hens in large skillet and brush with melted butter.
Cook in oven 15 minutes.
