Country Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen Ore-Ida hash browns, thawed and drained to remove moisture
    1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter
    2 c. diced onion
    2 c. diced, fully cooked ham
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. red and green pepper, diced (half and half)
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Empty hash browns into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Drizzle with butter and cook for 35 minutes at 425\u00b0.
