Four Cheese Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, divided
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    9 lasagna noodles
    3 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine Ricotta, 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, eggs and parsley; set aside. In a large rectangular pan, soak uncooked lasagna noodles in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain. Cook hamburger. In large bowl, place spaghetti sauce and stir in cooked meat.
