Spaghetti Primavera With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    3 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 medium bunch broccoli, cut into 2 x 1-inch pieces
    1 small red pepper, cut in thin strips
    1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. process cheese spread, cubed
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    Prepare spaghetti as directed.
    In skillet over medium-high heat, cook garlic in oil until lightly browned.
    Discard garlic. Add broccoli and red pepper; cook, stirring constantly, until coated with oil.
    Add 1/4 cup water.
    Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook until broccoli is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low.
    Add cheese spread, milk, Parmesan cheese and oregano; cook until cheese melts and mixture is blended.
