Pie Crusts(5 Crusts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. and 1 tsp. shortening
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. and 1 tsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix shortening and flour.
    Add other ingredients. Do not knead.
    Roll out dough into circles and put in tins.
    Trim edges. Puncture with fork.
    Bake 2 and freeze rest.
