Grandma Anna Kline'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 pt. boiling milk
2 egg whites
grated rind of 1 lemon and juice
Preparation

Combine egg yolks, sugar, butter, flour and lemon rind and juice.
Add to boiling milk.
Cool.
Beat egg whites and fold into cooled custard mixture.
Pour into prepared pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Then bake at 325\u00b0 until custard is set.
