Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie* * * * * - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
1/2 c. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. bourbon
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Oysters Parmesan is my favorite entree from Trader Vic's and this is as close as I have come to duplicating it.
They also serve them with caper butter.
