Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    very cold water
Preparation
    Put flour in a large mixing bowl.
    Make a well in the flour and add the eggs and salt.
    Now add the very cold water (small amounts at a time) until consistency is workable.
    Roll out on floured surface; let dough dry, then cut into strips.
    Cook in boiling broth about 20 minutes.
