Homemade Egg Substitute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    2 tsp. nonfat dry milk solid
    1 tsp. corn oil
    1 drop yellow food coloring
Preparation
    In a small bowl combine all ingredients.
    Mix well. Use as a substitute for one egg.
    One serving equals 1 1/2 meat, 90 calories, 127 mg sodium, 1 mg protein and 5 g fat.
