Corn-Crisped Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut in serving pieces
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1 Tbsp. salt
1/8 Tbsp. black pepper
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix cornflakes crumbs with salt and pepper.
Line shallow baking pan with aluminum foil.
Dip chicken pieces in evaporated milk, then roll immediately in seasoned corn flake crumbs.
