Micro-Magic Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium/large mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt or powder
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    paprika
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms by gently twisting them.
    Place caps, open side up, on microwave-safe plate; set aside.
    Chop stems.
    Combine stems and butter in a 1-quart casserole. Microwave on High, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Add cheese mix until softened and creamy.
    Stir in garlic salt and pepper sauce.
    Spread cheese mixture on top.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until mushrooms are heated through.
    Sprinkle with paprika and/or parsley flakes.
