Club Day Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 c. water
    2 1/2 c. cooked shredded or cubed chicken or turkey
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix stuffing, margarine and water.
    Place 1/2 mixture in buttered 12 x 8-inch dish or pan.
    Mix chicken, onion, celery, mayonnaise and salt; spread over stuffing.
    Top with other half. Mix eggs and milk and pour over all.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight or a few hours.
