Pork Tenderloin Wrap Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork tenderloin
    1 large red onion
    1 or 2 tomatoes
    2 green peppers
    1 lb. bacon
    garlic salt
    pepper
    Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cut pork in two inch sections. Slice onion and tomatoes. Cut peppers into quarters. Take two slices of bacon and make an
    X. Place a slice of pork in center and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Place green pepper, slice of onion and tomato on top. Pull up bacon slices and secure with a toothpick down the center. Place wrap ups on grill over coals and cover grill. Bake for 1 hour, when done, put slice of cheese on wrap ups and close grill for 30 seconds.
