Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 onions, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
