Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. oil
1 can apple slices

Preparation

Combine the first 4 ingredients together.
Mix well the eggs, milk and oil.
Stir liquid into dry ingredients.
Spread batter in greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Cover with the apple slices.
