Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium mushrooms (3 dozen)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    6 slices bacon cooked and finely chopped
    1 can water chestnuts finely chopped
    1/2 c. celery finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Wash mushrooms, remove stems and finely chop.
    Cook and stir chopped stems and onion for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and 1 Tbsp. butter.
    Fill caps and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes.
