Bread Pudding With Bourbon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loaf finely cubed French bread or 12 slices white bread
    6 beaten eggs
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 qt. whole milk
    1 c. raisins, plumped in bourbon
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients well and pour into a buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle top with raisins which have been plumped in bourbon.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Top will fall.
