Vegetable Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped cucumbers
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
3/4 c. grated carrots
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayo (judge to taste and spread)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Drain all juice off of veggies, when chopped.
If not, the spread will be too juicy.
