Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 3/4 oz.) French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 (9 oz.) whipped topping
graham crackers
1 can chocolate frosting
Preparation

Combine pudding mix with vanilla and milk.
Fold in whipped topping.
Butter 9 x 13-inch dish.
Place layer of whole graham crackers in dish.
Spread on half of pudding mixture over crackers.
Top with second layer of graham crackers.
Spread remaining half of pudding mix over crackers.
Top with third layer of crackers.
Cover with prepared chocolate frosting.
