Pineapple Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can applesauce
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. shortening
3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. each: cloves, nutmeg and ginger
2 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Blend sugar and shortening together.
Add eggs, beating well. Sift dry ingredients together; add to egg-sugar mixture.
Beat well.
Add nuts and raisins.
Mix well.
Bake in large tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
