Healthy Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. light margarine (room temperature)
    1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
    1 c. plain, low-fat yogurt
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Beat with mixer at high speed for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Pour into a 10-inch Bundt pan coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. (Test for doneness.
    It may need to cook longer.)
    Cool upright for at least 30 minutes.
    Invert pan; remove cake and serve. Makes 16 servings.
