Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 fryer chicken
1 small c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Boil chicken.
When done, pull off bone and place in bottom of baking dish.
Combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream and chicken broth.
Pour over chicken in baking dish. Crush Ritz crackers and spread over top.
Drop spoons of butter on top of crackers.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
