Swedish Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 stick margarine or butter
1 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon almond flavoring (or more)
1 cup shredded coconut
1 - 2.25 ounce package of sliced almonds
Preparation

Beat eggs well. Add sugar and beat. Melt butter (or margarine) and add to eggs and sugar along with flour, salt, and flavoring. Beat well. Put in an 8 inch squared greased pan and sprinkle top with sliced almonds and granulated sugar. Bake 325 degrees for about 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Recipe can be doubled.
