Pork Chops Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil
    6 slices pineapple
    6 small carrots
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Dust with flour. Heat oil and brown chops.
    Place pork chops in an 8 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Place a slice of pineapple on each pork chop. Arrange carrots around pork chops. Add water and cover. Cook over low heat in oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add more water, if needed.
