Spunky Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. spareribs
1 (6 oz.) can (2/3 c.) orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place ribs meaty sides down in shallow pan.
Roast in 450\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes; drain off fat.
Turn ribs and roast 30 minutes more.
Drain off fat.
Combine remaining ingredients; brush on ribs.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
Roast ribs covered for 1 hour or until tender; brush with sauce occasionally.
