Sweet And Sour Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 can pineapple chunks
3 large green peppers
Preparation

Mix beef, egg, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, salt, pepper and onion.
Form into balls and brown.
Remove from skillet.
Combine oil and juice in skillet until mixed.
Add 3 tablespoons cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar and white sugar, cooking over low heat until mixture thickens.
Add pineapple and green peppers (cut in long strips).
Return meatballs to skillet and warm.
Serve over rice.
