Lo-Cal Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast, cut in strips
    2 c. green pepper, cut in strips
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 bag stir-fry vegetables (frozen)
Preparation
    Saute chicken in oil.
    Season with garlic salt.
    Add vegetables.
    Mix broth, cornstarch and ginger.
    Pour into stir-fry until thickened.
    Serves 3 (282 calories per serving).
    Serve over white rice.
