Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. salad or olive oil
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) box lasagna noodles
2 eggs
3/4 lb. cottage cheese
3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown ground beef in oil with onion and garlic.
Add tomato paste, 2 cups water, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 1 hour.
