Best Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar or 1/2 white and 1/2 brown
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. milk
raisins (drop a few on top of each muffin before baking)
2 c. flour
1 c. well packed bran (not crushed cereal)
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix wet ingredients and sugar.
Mix dry ingredients and then mix with wet ingredients. Do not overmix.
Pour into muffin tins sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Batter will be thin and should be stored in refrigerator if not baked immediately.
Keeps 1 week or more and can be baked as needed.
