Easy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    3 potatoes, cubed
    1 (10 oz.) bag frozen peas
    1 (10 oz.) bag frozen green beans
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 c. barley
    1 (46 oz.) can vegetable juice
    8 c. water
Preparation
    Cook ground beef until it crumbles.
    Drain fat, then put meat in a colander.
    Rinse with hot water to remove any extra fat. Place all ingredients in a 5-quart Dutch oven.
    Simmer until barley is done.
    Makes 4 quarts.
