Blueberry Bran Muffins(Makes 1 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Nabisco 100% bran
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. Blue Bonnet margarine, melted
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine bran, milk, margarine and egg; let stand for 5 minutes.
    In small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda; stir in bran mixture just until blended.
    (Batter will be slightly lumpy.)
    Stir in blueberries. Spoon batter into 12 paper-lined or greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 22 minutes or until done.
    Serve warm.
