Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can kernel corn and liquid
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 pkg. corn muffin mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together corns, eggs and muffin mix.
    Saute onion and peppers in margarine.
    Add to corn mixture.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Dollop sour cream over top.
    Add Cheddar cheese over top.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
