Mexican Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 small green pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. cubed chicken
    10 oz. sweet corn
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. medium salsa
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute the onion and green pepper in the oil.
    Combine all of the above and put in buttered, covered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through.
    May top with additional cheese.
