Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. flour
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs well.
    Add oil, vanilla and sugar.
    Sift and mix together 2 3/4 cups flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Mix additional 1/4 cup flour, apples, nuts and coconut.
    Fold into cake batter.
    Pour into a fluted tube pan and bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
