Italian Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
1 lb. ground stew beef
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together ingredients.
Heat 3 tablespoons of olive or salad oil in skillet.
With wet hands, make into 16 meat balls. Brown slowly in oil, turning over with a rubber spatula to keep round and not break apart.
Let meat balls get a little crispy on outside.
