Shoe Peg Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot pepper (if like)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except crackers and oleo.
    Rub casserole dish with oleo.
    Pour mixture into casserole dish; smooth over top.
    Put the crushed crackers on top.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven, or until bubbly and brown.
