Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients.
Mix together and beat well.
If desired, add 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 cup coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 25 minutes in oblong pan.
